J has been in Minneapolis for school the last week - TJ and E are anxiously awaiting his return this Friday! Until then TJ had a very busy 10 month birthday yesterday. Bubbe and GrandDaddy came from Chattanooga to spend the day with him.
TJ practiced being a firefighter in the morning.
Then shopping at Ikea with E, Bubbe, and Omi... TJ obviously agrees with J's assessment that Ikea is great, but it can be a bit stressful with all the people!
Fighting the crowds at Ikea is hard. TJ needed a short nap on the way home to get GrandDaddy for Brunch...
and then Brunch!
Today E and TJ did his 10 month photo shoot. TJ wasn't about to sit still, he is very busy and has things to do (now that he is 10 months!)
Like Bigfoot or the Loch Ness Monster, true photographic evidence of TJ walking remains scant. This is a rare picture of the event...
Like any creative thinker, TJ likes to understand the box so that he can better play outside it.

ReplyDeleteDidn't notice the first time, was so anxious to see all the pics & videos, but must comment on the macthing shirts on TJ and J. Just loved it. TJ also seemed quite at ease trying to be a firefighter on his lttle red truck. Did he acutally sit down for a minute when you told him to, that's amazing for 10 months. Thanks again. Love R & B
ReplyDeleteTJ actually had the shirt first, but then we saw the adult version and J decided he needed one too! TJ really seems to understand everything we say, sometimes he will sit down or stop - other times I think he understands but pretends not to!
ReplyDeleteWe weren't sure that he was going to start walking so soon, he had been focusing on climbing instead of walking! Then he had a toy in each hand and did not want to put them down - so he took some steps! He is still more interested in climbing though!

Still can't believe how big he is and that he's already walking and talking. He's so adorable!
