Thanksgiving 2016
We went to the UGA game and TJ wore his Batman costume!
Jonathan was invited by the Vatican to participate in a conference regarding faith based responses to health based emergency preparedness. We renewed our passports and got one for TJ. However since everything was last minute we decided that only Jonathan would be going to Italy this year. E and TJ are a little sad to stay at home but we knew J would be super busy at the conference. We are all super excited for J's trip.
TJ wanted to "hammer" so we got crafty and he hammered, painted, and used yarn to make his name.
TJ was very proud of his project.
Bubbe brought TJ a big turkey balloon for Halloween! He was very excited about it!

The day after Thanksgiving we got out the Nativity and TJ enjoyed playing with the "Christmas Moose" (aka the camels!!!)
Thank you for the great pics of TJ and you and J. This has not been a good Thanksgiving for us. My wonderful Dad passed away Black Friday and it had been extremely difficult for all of us. M came up from FL. to help out and she was a god send especially helping with his care these last days. Seeing these beautiful pictures always makes me feel better so thank you again. ReplyDeleteWe are so sorry to hear about this. I know we only met him once and for a short time but he truly left a very strong impression on us. I could tell he was a wonderful father and caring man. We often think of him holding TJ and singing the Italian lullaby. R was a blessing to this world and will be missed. We saw his obituary online; thank you for including TJ. You are all in our prayers. God's peace be with you.
