Weekend Fun

Two blog posts in two days!  And this one has what everybody really wants, more pictures!

TJ is having an exciting week and weekend! First TJ took a trip outside the perimeter to the University and costume shop where E works! This was his first trip 'OTP' and while he enjoyed the trip, he declared himself to an 'ITP' baby.

Of course, any road trip requires attitude and good sunglasses, both of which TJ was eager to show off.
He met E's wonderful costume design assistant and former student, CD!  She made TJ a super cool
T-shirt blanket with lots of Gators and Owls on it!

and he got to meet the Boss (and TJ didn't even cry!).

TJ's got to meet J's work friends who had a shower for TJ  and got a special onesie

He kept telling J that he wanted to see 'the cool parts', but J said no, not this trip.

E, J, and TJ finally had some down time to start writing thank you notes and to appreciate some of the beautiful presents that people have given TJ.

One friend, M, made this beautiful pillow.  M is an exceptionally talented seamstress, knitter and craftsperson, and it meant a lot that she made this for TJ.

One of TJ's Guncles (that he can't wait to meet this summer on the second annual fabric shopping excursion - TJ's first) made these beautiful peas and carrots bibs.  E & J think they may be too pretty to use and will be framed.

TJ's birth grandparents sent a special present - this way too adorable Noah's Ark Onesie.  The hat, though, was all E.  She says he'll grow into it.

In a very special surprise, E and TJ got to meet one of J's seminary classmates who currently holds the distinction of having traveled the furthest distance to meet TJ, coming here from Illinois!  Well, L was actually here for a wedding, but it was exciting for E, J and TJ to see her!  She brought gifts and greetings from all of J's other classmates too, which made him even more excited for the next round of intensives in June!

After several very hectic, exciting, and wonderful days, TJ was glad to be home and get some much deserved rest, knowing that the days ahead will bring even more fun!
