Beach and Half Birthday

In the words of TJ - "I had fun having fun with you"

We all had a great long weekend with Bubbe and GrandDaddy in Hilton Head

TJ ate shrimp and made his muscles big

We went for early morning bike rides in our pjs, but biking is very serious

We got a new boogie board

TJ did not want to build a sand castle, he wanted to build a sand pyramid

When we got back home Omi had made a purple cake to celebrate TJ's 3 1/2 birthday!

and we did the awesome USA puzzle before bed time

This is the costume rendering for TJ's Halloween ghost costume, while E thought it was finished TJ informed me that it was missing something important.

E- look I am finished with your ghost costume and it has lights in it!

August

Back to School

TJ was a big fan of the Olympics and has been setting up Olympic events at home!

We went to a trampoline jumping park in Chattanooga while visiting Bubbe for her Birthday and TJ wanted to try the trapeze bar - this kiddo is fearless!

TJ had his first trip to the dentist and did great! He even let them polish his teeth and do x-rays!

July

Three years ago on July 24th the judge pronounced us a family! TJ wanted to play mini golf to celebrate this year's Family Day. 

E had a convention in Branson MO to attend so the rest of the family packed up and came along ( J, Omi, Bubbe, GrandDaddy, and of course TJ), except poor Samson, who had to stay in a kennel.

We spent the night on the way there and on the way back in Memphis at The Peabody where we got to see the famous ducks march in and out!

TJ enjoyed lots of Grandparent time - having all three of them together!

 

Snow Cones and lots and lots of pool time!

We met an Atlanta Santa helper  by chance in Branson!

and saw Parades!

and played Pirate mini golf!

Back in Memphis on the way home, we rode the trolley!

and were happy to be back in our own beds!

Summer

This picture is one of E and J's favorites from preschool this year - TJ is such a silly little guy who loves being a part of everything!

TJ and his best friend did a week of Theatre Camp - they were astronauts during the show for their favorite grown ups!

Three year old photos!

Our favorite photographer took TJ's three year old photos and some family photos.  Once again it was impossible to choose which ones to choose because TJ is such a cutie patootie! He likes to tell us how big he is now because he eats broccoli and yogurt.

Finally a funny story - TJ had his three year old check up. He corrected our Pediatrician when she said something was "moon shaped" and he said "no that is a crescent"
