Spring Break

TJ had a week off from school for spring break. 

"Lemonade" 

 

Omi and E took TJ to Stone Mountain to ride the train. 

He was getting tired of waiting and was telling the train to "go"

TJ was a fan of the train at Stone Mountain...

TJ was not a fan of funnel cake - he actually refused to even try it!

He decided he would try ice cream again at first he wouldn't eat it because it was cold!

Ice cream was pretty good...

TJ taught Grand Daddy colors in the M&M bowl in Chattanooga.

He got to ride on another train in Chattanooga with Bubbe and Grand Daddy.

Overall it was a great week!

Attempts were made to decorate eggs but TJ discovered that breaking them was more fun (E&J are pretty sure this is the longest he has ever sat still)

Birthday!

Happy Birthday TJ!

E has a tradition of celebrating birthday week - there is Birthday Adam (because it comes before Eve), Birthday Eve, Birthday, Birthday Boxing Day (and depending on what day of the week your birthday falls - Birthday Saturday, Birthday Sunday, etc.)

TJ has been having a great Birthday Week!

Sunday started birthday week for TJ with a hot dog lunch. The week before TJ had an ear infection (our first trip to the ER) and a nasty cold.  He still wasn't feeling great so E&J decided to cancel the scheduled larger birthday party and we just had a small party with GrandDaddy, Bubbe, and Omi.

He helped J and GrandDaddy put it together!

By Wednesday TJ was back to his happy and healthy self and E took cupcakes and balloons to his class to celebrate!

Today for TJs birthday he went to the children's museum where they have all kinds of cars and tractors that you can play on!

We went to TJ's favorite restaurant Figo, he enjoys dipping bread in olive oil and eating pasta with ragu' alla bolognese sauce.

Thirteen to Twenty-Four!

Happy Birthday TJ! What a wonderful blessing you are, E & J are so thankful for every kiss, giggle, and firetruck.

Likes: running outside, dipping bread in olive oil, chicken fried rice, super silly tango,  (a song/dance from music class), drumming, showers, and cars, cars, cars...

Dislikes: diapers, broccoli, big bumble bees outside, and getting sticky food on his hands (except frosting)

Almost 2!

In one short month, this cool guy is going to be two years old! It is so hard to believe! 

It has been too cold to play outside this week so E and TJ did their monthly photo shoot inside.

TJ is developing quite a sense of humor - he actually made a silly face when E asked him to!

Happy 23 months!

TJ likes to play music with J and greatly enjoys his weekly toddler music class.

TJ was practicing incase we got the predicted snow. Sadly,  it was just really cold this weekend with no snow.
